Terms and Conditions for Coaching Business
- Introduction These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the coaching business (referred to as “the Coach” or “we”) and the client (referred to as “the Client” or “you”) engaging in coaching services. By engaging in coaching services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- Confidentiality and Data Protection 6.1 Confidentiality: The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or with the Client’s explicit consent. 6.2 Data Protection: The Coach will handle and protect any personal data collected from the Client in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Coach’s privacy policy.
- Termination 7.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate coaching services at any time by providing written notice to the Coach. No refunds will be provided for terminated coaching services. 7.2 Termination by Coach: The Coach may terminate coaching services for justifiable reasons, including but not limited to non-payment, breach of these terms and conditions, or unethical conduct by the Client.
- Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services or any materials provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
